Songble creates personalized digital songs based on the stories, memories, names, emotions, and other information provided by our customers.
Every song is custom-made specifically for the customer who places the order.
Our services may include:
- Personalized digital songs
- MP3 digital downloads
- AI-assisted music creation
- Personalized lyrics
- Custom song revisions
- Other personalized digital products offered on our website
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You also agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Customer Responsibilities
When placing an order, you agree to:
Provide accurate personalization details.
Submit only content that you own or have permission to use.
Ensure names, dates, stories, and uploaded files are correct.
Provide a valid email address for digital delivery.
Use Songble products for lawful purposes only.
You are responsible for reviewing your submitted information before completing your purchase.
4. Personalized Song Creation
Each Songble song is uniquely created based on the information you provide.
Because every order is custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is received.
No two songs are identical.
While we strive to reflect your story as accurately as possible, songwriting remains a creative process and artistic interpretation may vary.
5. AI-Assisted Creation
Songble may use artificial intelligence tools alongside human creativity and review during certain stages of the songwriting and production process.
These tools help improve efficiency and creativity but do not replace our commitment to delivering meaningful, personalized songs.
Every completed song is reviewed before delivery.
6. Delivery
Personalized songs are delivered digitally by email.
Our estimated production time is generally between 3 and 7 business days, although this may vary during periods of high demand or if additional information is required.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
7. Revisions
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
We offer unlimited reasonable revisions for up to 7 days after delivery of your personalized song.
Revision requests may include:
- Name corrections
- Pronunciation corrections
- Minor lyric adjustments
- Small wording changes
- Emotional tone adjustments
Revision requests must remain consistent with the original order and may not be used to request an entirely new song.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may only be canceled before production has started.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled due to the personalized nature of our products.
Because every Songble creation is custom-made, refunds are generally not available after production has started.

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, branding, music samples, images, videos, and designs, is the property of Songble and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use their purchased song for personal purposes.
You may not:
- Resell your song as your own creation
- Redistribute Songble content commercially
- Copy or reproduce Songble branding
- Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
10. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the stories, names, photos, voice recordings, and other materials you submit.
By placing an order, you grant Songble permission to use your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating, delivering, revising, and supporting your personalized song.
11. Testimonials and Customer Content
If you voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, reaction videos, or other feedback, you grant Songble permission to use this content for promotional and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit content that:
- Violates any law
- Infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property
- Contains abusive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful material
- Promotes illegal activities
Songble reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Songble shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by incomplete customer information
- Incorrect information submitted by customers
- Email delivery issues outside our control
- Temporary website interruptions
- Third-party service outages
- Personal dissatisfaction based solely on artistic or musical preference
Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
14. Website Availability
While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect website availability.
15. Changes to Our Services
Songble reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.
Any changes will not affect orders that have already entered production.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of Songble, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
