Songble provides personalized digital songs created from customer-submitted stories, memories, emotions, and creative requests.
By purchasing from Songble, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Personalized Digital Products
All Songble products are custom-made digital creations designed specifically for each customer.
Because every song is personalized and created uniquely from the information submitted by the customer, all sales are considered final once production has started.
No physical products are shipped.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
names are spelled correctly
uploaded files are appropriate
submitted stories and lyrics do not violate any laws or copyrights
your email address is entered correctly
Songble is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect customer submissions.
Delivery
Most personalized songs are delivered digitally within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or due to incomplete order information.
All songs are delivered electronically via email in MP3 format.
Revisions
We may offer reasonable revisions for small mistakes or adjustments such as:
pronunciation corrections
lyric corrections
minor wording changes
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
Songble reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a reasonable revision.
Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once production has started.

Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, designs, graphics, and original materials created by Songble remain the intellectual property of Songble.
Customers receive personal-use rights to their delivered songs.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Songble content without written permission.
Customer Content
By submitting stories, photos, voice notes, lyrics, or other content to Songble, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to share it.
You grant Songble permission to use submitted content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your personalized song.
Testimonials & Reactions
If you voluntarily share reviews, reaction videos, testimonials, or feedback with Songble, you grant us permission to repost or use that content for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Songble shall not be held liable for:
indirect or incidental damages
emotional interpretations of songs
delays caused by incomplete information
technical delivery issues outside our control
customer dissatisfaction based on personal music preference
Our services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific emotional outcomes or artistic interpretation.
