- Other personalized digital products offered through our website
Every creation is made specifically for one customer.
Article 2 – Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalization details when placing an order.
This may include:
- Names
- Memories
- Stories
- Important dates
- Relationships
- Song preferences
- Voice preferences
- Uploaded photos or audio
- Special lyrics or phrases
Because every song is unique, Songble maintains artistic freedom in interpreting the information provided while remaining faithful to the customer's requested story and emotional intent.
Article 3 – Pricing
All prices displayed on the Songble website are shown in the currency selected on the website and include any applicable taxes where required by law.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in their country or region.
Songble reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by future price changes.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is required in full before production begins.
We accept payment through secure payment providers supported by Shopify, including but not limited to:
- Shopify Payments
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Songble does not store customers' complete payment card information.
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
Upon successful payment, customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use their personalized song for personal and private purposes.
Customers may:
- Download their song
- Share it with family and friends
- Play it at private events
- Keep personal copies
Customers may not:
- Resell the song
- Claim authorship of Songble's work
- Use the song commercially
- License the song to third parties
- Remove copyright notices where applicable
Songble retains ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to its original creations, branding, and website content.
Article 6 – Delivery
All personalized songs are delivered digitally by email.
Typical production time is:
Standard Orders
3–7 business days
Production times may vary depending on:
- Order complexity
- High demand
- Public holidays
- Missing personalization information
- Revision requests
Songble is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
Article 7 – Personalized Products
Every Songble song is created exclusively for one customer.
Because each order is custom-made, production begins shortly after payment has been received.
Customers acknowledge that personalized products cannot be resold or reused.
Article 8 – Revisions
Songble offers unlimited reasonable revisions for 7 days after delivery.
Revision requests may include:
- Correcting names
- Correcting pronunciation
- Minor lyric edits
- Small wording adjustments
- Tone refinements
Revision requests must remain within the scope of the original order.
Requests for an entirely new song are considered a new order.
Article 9 – Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available after production has begun.

Article 10 – Artificial Intelligence
Songble may use artificial intelligence technologies together with human review during portions of the songwriting and production process.
AI tools are used solely to enhance creativity and efficiency while maintaining the quality and personalization of every song.
Final content is reviewed before delivery.
Article 11 – Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree that all submitted information:
- Is accurate
- Does not violate copyright
- Does not infringe third-party rights
- Does not contain unlawful or offensive content
Songble reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these Terms.
Article 12 – Limitation of Liability
Songble makes every reasonable effort to provide high-quality personalized products.
However, Songble shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by incomplete customer information
- Technical interruptions beyond our control
- Email delivery failures caused by customer email settings
- Subjective dissatisfaction based solely on artistic preference
- Temporary website interruptions
Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the affected order.
Article 13 – Privacy
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Stories, uploaded files, personal memories, and other submitted materials are used solely for creating and delivering personalized songs.
Songble does not sell customers' personal information.
Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Songble, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your country or state.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through direct communication.
