At Songble, every order is delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products.

All Songble songs are delivered electronically via email as downloadable MP3 files.

Once your personalized song is completed, you will receive an email containing your song download or streaming link.

No physical item will be mailed or shipped.

Because every song is custom-made from your personal story and memories, production time is required before delivery.

Most orders are completed within:
3–7 business days

During periods of high demand, holidays, or complex custom requests, delivery may take slightly longer.

Some orders may qualify for priority processing depending on the selected option during checkout.

Priority orders are processed before standard orders whenever possible.

Delivery may be delayed if:

required information is missing

uploaded files cannot be accessed

email addresses are entered incorrectly

additional clarification is needed
